The Space Creator Day 2023 will take place on October 21, 2023 from 9 am to 7 pm in the "Hangar 10" event venue on the site of the Technik Museum Speyer. More information on how to get there can be found here.

When and where will Space Creator Day 2023 take place?

Currently, the COVID-19 situation has eased nationwide, but the situation in October is still difficult to predict. In principle, however, the current conditions and restrictions of the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate apply, as well as any additional restrictions and guidelines of the Technik Museum Speyers and the organizer.

What regulations apply with regard to COVID-19?

Is the event accessible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or refund a ticket that has already been purchased. Otherwise it would not be possible for us to plan such an event due to the uncertainty whether all sold tickets will remain. If it is not possible for you to participate in the event despite having purchased a ticket, we will gladly rewrite your ticket to another person or help to arrange it otherwise. Can I cancel / refund my ticket?

No, in contrast to last year, the Space Creator Day will no longer take place in the museum exhibition, but in the adjacent event venue. Therefore, the entrance to the museum is unfortunately no longer included. However, you can purchase discounted tickets for the Technik Museum at the SCD Ticket Shop and switch between the museum and the event hall as often as you like on Space Creator Day.

Will my Space Creator Day ticket also allow me to visit the Technik Museum?

Service fees are charged when purchasing products via the Ticket Shop and are levied by our ticket provider and the respective payment providers. The fees are calculated on the basis of the quantity of products and their value. As the organizer, we do not receive any of these fees, which is why the fees are also shown separately.

What are service fees?

This year, the Space Creator Day ticket is also a ticket in the tariff area of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (VRN). On the day of the event (October 21, 2023), you can use your ticket to travel to and from Space Creator Day free of charge on buses, suburban trains, RE and RB trains in the VRN tariff zone. What does "incl. VRN Kombi-Ticket" mean?

Yes, basically every purchase in the Space Creator Day ticket store can be paid in three installments over a period of three months without additional costs. The last installment must be paid at least 20 days before Space Creator Day.

Can I pay in installments?

We introduced the Space Creator Day account in 2023 along with our new ticket provider. The reasons for this include the following:

In the past, we have spent a lot of time with guests who have accidentally deleted or not retrieved the email with their tickets. To prevent this from happening in the future, all tickets you have ever bought for Space Creator Day will be saved in your account. So even if you lose the email with your tickets, you can retrieve them at any time via your account, saving us and you a lot of time and nerves.

Your personal data like name, address or email address are stored in your account and don't have to be re-entered every time you want to buy tickets in the future. This not only saves time, but also avoids mistakes when entering your address.

With your Space Creator Day account you will be able to buy more than "just" tickets in the future. For example, we are planning raffles and exclusive promotions for Space Creator Days fans with or via the Space Creator Day account. More information will be available in the coming months.

Why do I need a Space Creator Day account?

Children under the age of 10 can attend Space Creator Day free of charge, but require a children's day ticket. This can be ordered in the regular ticket store. The children's day ticket also includes a VRN Kombi-Ticket as a transport ticket. The following applies to the Technik Museum Speyer: admission is free for children under 4 years of age. Children 5 years and older need a regular museum pass which can also be purchased at the Space Creator Day ticket store.
